We encourage participants to get tuition support from their businesses or organizations; however, each participant is personally responsible for a minimum payment of $50 of the total tuition cost. Total tuition cost for the 2025-2026 cohort was $500. 

A critical factor in participant selection is identifying individuals who are active in the community and most apt to apply their leadership knowledge and skills for the long-term benefit of Montezuma County.
